From April 15, 2025, citizens of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Thailand and Indonesia will be able to travel to Albania without a visa.
As reported by albinfo.ch, the Albanian Council of Ministers has decided to suspend visa requirements for nationals of these countries until December 31, 2025. The measure is aimed at promoting tourism and strengthening international relations.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been tasked with implementing the decision. After publication in the Official Journal, the regulation will take effect immediately and will allow simplified entry for tourists from the countries mentioned.
With this initiative, Albania aims to further promote its tourism development and offer visitors from these countries the opportunity to discover the country without bureaucratic hurdles.
