Philipp Plein Tower in Tirana: Where fashion meets the future

German fashion designer Philipp Plein is venturing into Albania’s luxury real estate market – and doing so with a bang.

In cooperation with Albanian developer X One LLC, the visionary Grand Park Skyline project is being built in the heart of Tirana. According to the investigative portal Citizens.al, it is set to become not only an architectural statement but also an international lifestyle symbol.

Grand Park Skyline – The capital’s new flagship

According to Citizens.al, the project comprises three spectacular towers with 40, 51, and 71 floors and will be built on an area of around 145,000 square meters – in the immediate vicinity of Tirana’s Grand Park, the trendy Blloku district, and Mother Teresa Square. The location is already considered one of the most prestigious development areas in the country. In addition to around 700 apartments, a cinema, fitness areas, a spa, and numerous restaurants and retail spaces are to be built.

The Plein Hotel – When fashion meets hospitality

A central component of the project is the Plein Hotel, a 40-story luxury tower designed entirely in Philipp Plein’s signature style. According to the international trade portal EuropaProperty.com, at least 150 hotel rooms and over 100 serviced apartments will be built here, tailor-made for a clientele that values a high-end ambience combined with iconic brand identity.

Branded Residences – living with signature luxury

The two other towers of the project will house the so-called Philipp Plein Branded Residences. According to Citizens.al, all residential units will be furnished by the fashion designer’s design team and managed by the Plein Group. Buyers will not only have the opportunity to secure a spectacular home, but will also benefit from a well-thought-out rental concept with international appeal.

Ziggurat – a center for style, enjoyment, and scene

An architectural highlight of the entire complex is the Ziggurat – a four-story, 50-meter-high lifestyle hub. According to EuropaProperty.com, it will not only house boutiques from world-renowned fashion brands, but also Albania’s first Philipp Plein Private Club. The concept is complemented by the Japanese fine dining restaurant Sukaru Ba and – a gastronomic first – Italy’s first Michelin-starred restaurant on Albanian soil.

A sign of Tirana’s new role in Europe

According to the project developers, the project is scheduled for completion in 2030. The architectural design is by renowned Swiss architect Valerio Olgiati. As Citizens.al writes, the project is a deliberate step in Tirana’s strategy to establish itself as a modern center for international investment, design, and quality of life in Southeast Europe.
